African Folktales

We finished studying components of folktales in conjunction with our unit on Africa.  Students shared their stories, and voted for groups to read to first and second graders.

Fractions

We started a new topic in math - fractions!  Today we learned how to share cookies among friends.  See how we worked with our math partners.

Ollie.....our Elf on a Shelf!

Ollie is our little Elf on a Shelf.  He is watching over the student to make sure they behave well.  Ollie's name means "medieval pet" or "elf army."
