We have been studying the continent, Asia.  Students selected various countries and researched geography, cultures, and resources.  They created paper dolls to represent traditional clothing, and presentated their research to teach each other about the countries in Asia.

Animal Embassy

We enjoyed a marvelous Animal Embassy program on Friday. Mr. Evers brought some interesting animals to class and we learned about animal habitats and adaptations.  We can't wait until the follow-up in the spring!

European Country Reports

Congratulations to all the boys and girls in my class!  Today we concluded our 4-day long celebration of European countries.  We learned a great deal about different cultures by watching Powerpoint presentations, and we tremendously enjoyed sampling so many delicious treats.
